Repair/Rehab Design

Our structural and geotechnical engineers are able to develop comprehensive engineering designs to address insurance related property losses or facilitate the implementation of repairs due to defective construction. We regularly work with insurance carries, property owners, managers and Homeowners Associations to develop repairs including routine capital repairs and those that resulted from a loss or lawsuit. Our experience with a wide variety of construction materials and the latest computer-aided drafting (CAD) technology allows us to create clear construction-ready designs that can be readily implemented by a contractor with minimal follow-up.
