Sarah B. Bergstrom, AIA, NCARB, ICC-CAI
Sarah Bergstrom joined Higgins & Associates in 2023 as a Senior Architect for the Architectural Services Department. Sarah has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, and her areas of technical expertise include building envelope systems and accessibility compliance with ADA, FHA, ANSI A117.1 and UFAS. As a member of the Higgins team, Sarah performs forensic investigations, condition assessments, repair and rehabilitation design, third-party peer reviews and site observations for new construction projects.
Sarah presents to contractors and facility maintenance staff on accessibility compliance and best practices for maintaining buildings and facilities. She is a licensed architect in the State of Colorado and an ICC-Certified Accessibility Inspector and Plans Examiner. Sarah holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado, Denver.
