Engineering Technician
Marlin Walkup, EI is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He brings experiences working in wastewater treatment plant construction and industrial structural design. These sectors exposed Marlin to project management, quality assurance, survey control, steel analysis, LiDAR scanning, and many other facets of civil engineering. Marlin provides CAD Design support services. Under the direction of the Principal Engineer and Senior Project Managers, Marlin’s experience with Higgins and Associates includes assisting in evaluations of damages related to civil and foundation movement, water infiltration, vehicle impact, fire, and weather-related events.
